Abu Dhabi’s drive to become a leader in the alternative energy sphere was demonstrated in February as HRH Prince of Wales met with leading figures from the Masdar Initiative, Imperial College’s Energy Futures Lab, Shell and BP to learn how industry and academia are joining forces to address the energy challenges of the 21st Century.

HRH The Duke of York visited the Shell Abu Dhabi offices, during a trip to the UAE. He was welcomed by Mr Malcolm Brinded, Mr Raoul Restucci and Mr Nejib Zaafrani, as well as other senior Shell Executives.
